  • What happens if my item arrives damaged or defective?
    If your item arrives damaged or has a production defect, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible. For more information, see our Refund Policy.
